It isn't about someone policing your week. It is a collaborative conversation about what you want, what has happened and what you want to do next.
You might arrive with a personal project that keeps getting pushed back, a routine you want to make more consistent or a decision that needs your attention. We can begin there, without expecting you to have the whole plan worked out.
Explore the values and priorities behind your goal. Decide what matters now, what can wait and what progress would look like for you.
Notice where your plans meet your actual week. Explore assumptions, practical barriers and the commitments you want to make differently.
Consider options rather than adding more obligations. Choose a next step with enough clarity that you know when and how you want to try it.
Return to what happened with curiosity. Keep what helped, adjust what didn't and decide how you want to continue.
We begin with what would make the conversation useful for you. Through questions, reflection and exploration, you consider your situation and possible ways forward. At the end, you decide what action, reflection or experiment you want to take into your week.
In later conversations, we revisit that choice. A missed action is information to explore, rather than a reason to label yourself inconsistent. Between-session messaging is only included if we specifically agree it.
This may be useful if you want support with a personal or everyday-life goal and are willing to explore your own choices. It is not a promise of a particular result or a replacement for therapy, clinical care, personalised fitness programming or nutrition advice.
I am developing my coaching practice through Thought Coach's Thought Conductor® training pathway. I do not currently hold an ICF ACC or PCC credential. Before we work together, I will explain my current training stage, the service, availability and fees.
